A boat carrying scuba divers has capsized near Phuket following a storm at sea. There are conflicting reports about how many people were on board and how many have been rescued. It appears that at least 23 people survived and are receiving hospital treatment after being found by search and rescue teams, but 7 people are still reported missing including a Thai crew member and 6 foreign tourists.
