An exotic cocktail, Siam Sunrays, has recently been unveiled as part of a campaign to encourage tourism in Thailand. Described as ‘Thailand in a glass’ the new drink is being promoted by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and the Thai Hotels Association (THA). It is hoped that the drink will become recognized as the signature cocktail of Thailand with visitors sipping on a Siam Sunray as they gaze out on the Chao Phraya River or watch the sun glisten off the Andaman. The new cocktail, created by award-winning bartender Surasakdi Pantaisong, is set to be available at hotels and resorts in key tourist destinations around Thailand.
