The Thai military have announced an end to the curfew that has been in place in parts of Thailand since the coup last month. The news came this evening at approximately 21.15 local time.
The curfew had previously been lifted in some areas of the country including popular tourist resorts such as Pattaya, Phuket and Ko Samui. Today’s news means that businesses and bars in Bangkok, Chiang Mai and all other areas of Thailand are able to operate normally.
